Join in as Dr Joe guides the retreat attendees and virtual community members in a live meditation. We will use a kaleidoscope to create a state of trance, and then expose you to imagery and information that can induce a transcendental experience.
- Tune in to the meditation using your own individual laptop or monitor. Phones are not recommended.
- Find a comfortable space for sitting and laying down throughout the meditation.
- Have your eye shade, headphones, and blanket ready, if desired.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
Our brains perceive less than one percent of material reality, suggesting there's more information in the immaterial world, the majority of which we filter out. Dr Joe will explain how to create a transcendental experience using the kaleidoscope to induce a state of trance, so you can see beyond the known, beyond matter, and beyond this three-dimensional world.
