<p>I just switched to superfast 2 from Vodafone at the beginning of April, and since last weekend, the maximum download speed is 8 MB.<br>I spent hours on the phone/chat without joy,<br>they sent a new router, after all, still the same and still stalling because of the problem<br>I believe that they limit the lines and do not fulfill their promise on speed<br>How can I bear to re-instruct them to stick to their contract without paying the outstanding contract?<br>In my opinion, this is a complete failure by them to fulfill their part of the contract<br>Thank you in advance<br></p>
