Music video player Skip pause feature

<p>Hello, I am new to this application and especially to the forums, so I hope this is the right place for this question.<br>I searched, but didn't find anything that could create a skip or pause action for music players. I think this event should be pretty easy to recreate, since most applications listen to it using headsets and things like that. Perhaps there is already support for this, and I just missed it. Thank you in advance for your help.<br></p>

You need to do it from the setting of your Macbook. I also don't like the default video players of MacOS, and I also downloaded another video player. I am using OmniPlayer, not VLC. It was disturbing that every time I was opening a video file, it was opening with the default video player. I had to lose time to open the video manually from the OmniPlayer. Then I understood that I could change the default player in the operating system setting, and I changed. Now when I open a video file, it is opening with the video player I like.
