What is the best way to market the ad space available for our service?

hii,
    My problem is getting in touch with etsy sellers etc. within the space. Etsy prevents accounts from messaging multiple sellers, as of now i am going about things by cold emailing anyone i can find.

Are there any other outlets i should be utilizing to reach potential advertisers?
