Hi everyone. I really need some help setting up my bing ads account. I already created an account but i'ts not live yet. On "Add payment Method" It's not accepting my Prepaid card. Where can I get virtual card that works with bing? secondly, Do we need to add payment method prior to promotional code or should we wait for promotional code before adding payment method? because on "Add paymemt Method" page it's asking for promotional code. Please help me. I will really appreciate anyone here who can give proper way on making bing account+coupon+payment method.
