<p>If I were you, I'd contact the service, and even if you aren't going to use your laptop anymore, the expert can pull your photos out of it. My computer broke down a year ago, and I don't use it at all, so I wasn't even going to fix it. But I was very sorry for the photos left there: my family and animals, so I turned to the master. It'd be a shame for me to lose those photos where I teach a puppy commands.
