That's a great initiative. I totally agree with this decision and I think people with low income must be protected and supported. Not all persons can afford to pay for medicine, studies, or other purposes. That's why some measures should be taken in this sense, at least the period of paying back the debt must be extended. I am sure that people will pay all their fees later, otherwise, the professional debt collection agency will do their work. I was wondering how many states will join this policy of protecting people with low income.
