I have a good option for you. Last week I finally bought my own apartment in Badya compound. For the first look everything is perfect. Apartment is quite expensive but it's really luxurious. Everything is so modern. The home appliances, furniture, heat system and so on. Of course I will buy some decorations, rugs to make it more cozy. For now there was no problems with the company and documents so I do recommend you to look there some variants and contact them for more information. Good luck buddy
