I hope there's a dentist here who can help me figure out if my dentist is overcharging me.
my daughter had braces in December 2018 and every month she will visit me and my credit card will be charged. The plan was to have it for 18 months, because of COVID 19, she didn't have any visits for 3 months, but the dentist kept withdrawing money from my credit card.
Now they are back, and they charge me for current visits, and they claim that past fees were part of a certain treatment plan.
Is it correct that regardless of whether there was a visit or not, they can still charge for dental work that was never done?
