Personally, my friend had exactly the same problem as you, because of the coronavirus she could not visit the dentist, so she missed the visits and did not pay for them. Their contract said that if she missed it was her fault and she would be obliged to pay. Because of this conflict, she no longer uses the services of this dentistry and moved to another dentist.
