Every body is beautiful in its own way and never be ashamed of it. If you like your body that's all that matters. If not, then get a gym buddy and hit the gym.
I know there are a lot of teens in my situation: due to social media beauty standards, I stopped eating and it nearly led me to anorexia. I went to a doctor, gained my weight back and my health is normal now. Still, I don't feel fit, if you know what I mean. As far as I'm concerned, nutrition is 95% of success. Could you please leave some pieces of advice for people who are trying to lose weight in a healthy way? Maybe even start a course, who knows? I think more people need to see your posts, because a great deal of people struggle with ED and insecurity regarding their body.
