You see I've always been interested in apartment houses. I like the idea that a group of people will get together (the residents) and pay my mortgage, pay for all the maintenance to keep the property looking good and to give me extra money at the end of the month to either put in the bank or to go out and have a good time with!
Seven years ago I was a struggling landscaper. I wanted a better life but could not seem to get my act together. I tried all of the get rich quick schemes I saw on late night television.
I tried and tried to make them work but it just wasn't happening. Then one day I saw a biography about a guy in New York city who started with nothing and made a fortune buying, selling and holding apartment houses.

My father earned money that way. Making money on renting a living space is such a good idea. He taught me this idea. following my father's example, I now earn money on real estate. I have a few apartments left for rent from my father and I have invested enough to buy more. In addition, I live in a city that is attractive to tourists and this makes my earnings even greater. It is so сool to make money without getting up even from the couch!

I completely agree that a payroll on real estate is an excellent option for additional income. There are no unnecessary problems. I can also say that I am  owner of the property. I have a relaxing complex of saunas out of town. Sauna - this is a great idea for both friendly communication, and for a romantic, and for a single relaxation. I ordered the sauna equipment there. I am very satisfied with the quality, I do not have to check the serviceability too often, these outdoor saunas are very strong and of high quality. I have many regular customers. I am very pleased to have such additional income.

Uh I don't see what the problem is. If you're talking about apartments, you probably bought it cheap, and then either resold it or give it rented. Not such a complicated scheme. Just need some start-up capital. For example, I bought apartments from this site  at the stage of construction, when they were cheap, and then sold to new buyers or rented out, and I was able to earn much more due to this scheme (about 25 thousand dollars a month).
