<p>I don't have the opportunity to visit the fitness center right now and so I want to ask you, do you know any exercises for lifting the buttocks at home?<br></p>

<br>I also didn't have to go to the gym and I started to exercise at home. There are a lot of tutorials on youtube and maybe you could try watching them.<br></p>

<p>Well, you can try some lunge exercises like a reverse lunge, lateral lunge here. I always wanted to lose weight and I wore oversized clothes at school but after I graduated school I decided to lose weight and practice sports and yoga. I found many useful healthy diets, and I avoid sugar as much as I can. I don't eat any fried or junk food. I practice sport for two years already and the results are significant. I improved my body and my mental health. So, in order to have a beautiful body or a <a href="https://inshape.blog/workout/lunges-exercise/">round ass</a>, you have to work and work hard. <br></p>

<br>Yeah, I also did these exercises and they helped me a lot. You always have to work hard if you want to see any results. <br></p>
