Which is the best sport in your opinion?

I don’t think there really is one sport which is the best sport. This is mostly because for people sport is doing what you enjoy and this differences for every individual. I do think that team sport are good to do because you learn to play together and in a team sport there are very often different type of people but you are forced to work together and accept each other. However, if you like solo sports more then this is fine too. You can rest and really get to your thoughts and you don’t have to be actively social all of the time. Something that I think goes in between these types of sports is, for example, dancing. I dance myself and it really helps me to calm down and sort my thoughts but also express my feelings while you are still together with a couple of your friends. Everyone wants to get better and has their own goal but you also have to work together to achieve the goal of making a good dance in the end.
So, there is no really good and bad sport, it is what you like most and find most comforting doing. It should be challenging, fun and something you are excited to do or go to.
