I totally agree that it's the most cost-effective method. You do need to have an email database in your business, and if you don't, you're doing your business a disservice, because when you do a new launch or promote a new service you'll need to work twice as hard. Besides that cold outreach is a great way to bring new clients and luckily there are tools that allow you to automate the whole process! The difficult part however is getting your email noticed.
