oh, it's hard to say what credit score is the best. The higher is the credit score, the better are your chances to get a good secured loan. But I managed to get a mortgage with only a 640 credit score which is considered pretty average in the UK. I don't know where are you from, probably the US, but I think you can get a good loan with the help of a qualified specialist. To get a mortgage here I firstly contacted several specialists, including those from the Mortgage Advice Leicester which helped a lot with choosing a financial organization and documents. I think you can't get a good loan without a specialist these days.
